ENDLESS / GOOD TO KNOW
Privacy statement
What stays on your device. What reaches the site. No mystery about play totals.
Current Endless Games originals do not require an account or a child’s name. Game progress and Parent mode settings stay in this browser. The popularity counter records game totals, not player profiles. Loading a website still sends technical information to its hosting provider.
Information stored on your device
- Games can save progress, scores, preferences, drawings or free-play credit balances in browser storage.
- Appearance and motion preferences can be saved locally. Sound starts off on each new game-page visit.
- Parent mode stores the selected age, age group, timer, timestamps and a salted hash of the parent PIN—not a child’s name or birth date. These settings are not sent by the play counter.
- A local timestamp for each played game helps avoid counting repeated starts within 30 minutes. It is not sent to the server.
These settings are tied to this browser and site address. Private browsing, another device or clearing site data can change or remove them. Clearing data may permanently remove local progress and drawings and end Parent mode. We cannot restore browser-only saves from a server account.
Anonymous aggregate play totals
When an eligible game actually starts, the first-party counter sends only its game ID to our site’s play-count endpoint. The counter keeps daily game totals for a rolling 30-day window. It does not store an IP address, browser identifier, cookie, age, PIN, score, typed practice text or drawing in those totals. Counts are approximate starts, not unique people.
The counter uses no tracking cookies or visitor profiles. Requests omit cookies and the referring page. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not sending a play start. If counting fails, gameplay can continue. Merely viewing a preview does not count as playing.
The local development preview does not send play totals to the live site.
Hosting and other services
Like other websites, the hosting service receives network information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address, requested address, browser headers and request time. Hosting and security logs are separate from the anonymous game counter and may contain these details. The game counter’s 30-day window is not a promise about hosting-log or email retention.
Some older community activities load fonts or other resources from third-party services, including Google Fonts. Those requests expose normal network information to that provider. Linked external sites have their own privacy practices. The current original games use bundled game code and artwork; this statement does not certify every imported community activity.
When you contact us
If you email info@endlessgames.net, your email provider and ours process the address, message and any attachments. We use the information you choose to send to respond to support, accessibility and privacy requests. Please do not send a child’s personal details, passwords, payment information or sensitive screenshots.
To ask about information you have sent, its retention, or removal where applicable, contact that address. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message. Local browser saves cannot be searched or removed remotely by support.
Children, age guidance and the Casino Room
Parents should preview games and supervise younger children. Our age suggestions are editorial guidance, not official ratings. Parent mode is a browser convenience, not a secure device-level child lock.
Casino-style games are excluded from every child-age shelf and require an 18+ declaration before entering. The declaration is checked again on each casino page visit or return; no birthday, identity document or adult-status profile is collected. It is self-declaration, not proof of age. Credits are fictional, with no purchases or cash prizes.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, a parent or guardian should contact us so we can investigate. Please avoid sending additional unnecessary personal information.
Choices and changes
You can use browser privacy signals to opt out of the play counter, choose whether to email us, and manage this site’s local storage in your browser. Parent mode cannot govern other sites or devices. We will update this statement when the site’s practices change; the review date is shown above.
